| Workflow Packages can be routed through several queues while in Workflow. Discussion messages can be added to the package while in any queue. As the Workflow Package is routed from queue to queue a Workflow History is built. This Workflow History can be viewed by hitting the History button in WF. Once the package is completed the system will process the package and move it to the Archive Queue. Part of that processing is to generate a document that includes all of the Discussion messages and the Workflow History. For Criminal cases, this document will be listed on the Viewer with the description "Workflow History" They can also be included in the Print Packet. |
